This year we are planning a more formal vegetable garden with some edible and cut flowers in the beds. Michael has already sown the leeks in huge numbers and I will need to plant around them. This may negate the formal planting somewhat but I just can't resist the flowery balls snaking their way up above the rest of the plants and I want them everywhere.
